Spanning 190,000 SF across four purpose-built facilities, the state-of-the-art campus will include:

•    A mass timber corporate office with a green roof
•    A warehouse and service shop with rooftop solar panels
•    Supporting utility and wash bay facilities

Designed to serve as Toromont’s new corporate head office and a Caterpillar-branded hub for equipment sales, service, and parts, the project blends innovation, sustainability, and industry-leading functionality.

Construction is underway, our team is mobilized onsite, and the project is scheduled for completion in late 2026.

This flagship development is another milestone in First Gulf’s portfolio of complex, high-profile industrial and commercial projects.
