First Gulf is pleased to announce that PPFD, a leading third-party logistics company, has leased 146,536 square feet at 901 Hopkins Street in Whitby, Ontario. This commitment brings the 293,251 square foot facility to 100% occupancy.

Completed and ready for occupancy in 2024, the facility quickly attracted SoftMoc with a 145,600 square foot lease. Today, less than a year later, PPFD has taken the balance of the space, bringing 901 Hopkins to full occupancy with two Class A tenants.

Developed in partnership with Nicola Wealth Real Estate (NWRE), 901 Hopkins is a state-of-the-art industrial facility offering 40' clear height, 30 dock doors, 21 trailer stalls, and a 56' x 43' loading area with a 60' staging bay. Its proximity to Highway 401 provides fast, efficient access across the GTA, reinforcing Whitby’s role as a growing hub for logistics and distribution.
