Key Highlights:
• Building Size: ±348,000 SF, divisible to ±67,000 SF
• Configuration: Rear-load with 36’ clear heights
• Dock/Drive-in: 63 dock doors (31 with levelers) and 2 drive-in doors
• Parking: 208 auto spaces and 65 trailer spaces
• Access: Full access from Highway 21, only 14.6 miles (24 minutes) from the Port of Savannah
Colliers | Savannah has been awarded the leasing assignment, and a detailed information package is available. This development positions First Gulf to capitalize on Savannah’s unprecedented industrial growth, fueled by port expansion, major infrastructure investment, and regional manufacturing momentum including the new Hyundai Metaplant.
Construction is underway, and the First Savannah Logistics Center will offer a premier logistics hub for tenants looking to serve the Southeast and beyond, with immediate connectivity to I-95 and I-16, Class I rail service, and proximity to over 44% of the U.S. population within a two-day drive.
This project reflects First Gulf’s ongoing commitment to strategic growth in the U.S. industrial market.
