Construction is underway at First Westlake Logistics Park   


Construction on First Gulf’s latest industrial development – First Westlake Logistics Park –  in Jacksonville, Florida is nearly complete its concrete slab on grade, marking a major milestone in the construction of this new, state-of-the-art logistics and manufacturing site.   

Located in a prime Jacksonville industrial area, the two-building, 408,842 square foot development will offer flexible industrial space designed to meet the demands of modern businesses. The concrete slab lays the surface foundation needed to begin forming and raising the tilt up concrete walls for steel framing to begin in the new year.   

This is First Gulf’s first industrial development outside of Canada and is expected to be completed by Q2 2025. Located on a 54-acre site, First Gulf plans to develop two Class A buildings of 109,322 square feet and 299,520 square feet.

Element Celebrates Grand Opening of New Facility at Bronte Station

In a milestone for Bronte Station Business Park, Element Materials Technology, a global leader in materials and product qualification testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services, celebrated the grand opening of its new facility on Wednesday. The state-of-the-art facility, located at 2475 Speers Road, marks a significant expansion for the company, enhancing its ability to serve customers in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

Located in Oakville, Ontario Bronte Station Business Park was developed and constructed by First Gulf Corporation and Nicola Wealth Real Estate, and offers 365,000 square feet of commercial space across two industrial buildings. Occupying 55,000 square feet within the business park, Element's new facility is part of a $17 million (CAD) investment that demonstrates the company's growing global footprint and reinforces its commitment to providing world-class services.


Rebekah Diec Stormes. Director, Economic Development for the Town of Oakville, who was in attendance for the ribbon-cutting, praised Element for its contribution to the local community. “The innovation and research that will happen here enhances Oakville's growing culture of talent and creativity”. Diec Stormes said.

The event included a ribbon cutting ceremony, a tour of the new facility which showcased its cutting-edge features, and interactive demonstrations. Guests enjoyed great food, refreshments and the opportunity connect with peers and industry leaders.

Breaking Ground On 1.1 M SF Business Park In Bradford!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve broken ground on a 1.1 million square foot development on behalf of transportation and logistics company, Highlight Motors Group. Working in conjunction with Cavalieri & Associates, this state-of-the-art warehouse and office development is located in the heart of Bradford, Ontario on 100 acres of land, and stands as a testament the success of Highlight Motor Group.

Phase 1 of the project will consist of the development of 60 acres of land with 540,000 sf of warehousing and office space being built. Phase 2 will entail the development of the remaining 40 acres of land.

With operations currently located in Vaughan, Brampton, New Jersey, Illinois and California with over 1,100 employees, this new development will serve as Highlight Motor Group’s new headquarters. Located at Highway 400 and 5th Line, this expansion reflects the company’s growth within their industry and dedication to the communities in which they operate. This new facility will bring an estimated 2,000 jobs to region, further bolstering this sought-after, and growing hub in the Great Toronto Area’s northern region.
