First Gulf has taken a significant step in its U.S. expansion with the launch of its first industrial development in the country. 

First Westlake Logistics Park is situated on a 54-acre site in a prime industrial corridor of Jacksonville, Florida. The project offers flexible industrial space tailored to the needs of today’s businesses. The first phase includes a 110,000 square foot building, the first of three planned for the site, and is approaching substantial completion. 

The development reflects First Gulf’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, strategically located industrial spaces to support growing logistics and distribution demands in key North American markets.
