First Gulf has been awarded NAIOP Colorado 2016 “Office Development of the Year” for our 1401 Lawrence Street office development.
On February 23rd at NAIOP Colorado’s 2016 Awards of Achievement event in Denver, First Gulf’s 1401 Lawrence Street was awarded the top office development honours for the State of Colorado as NAIOP’s 2016 “Office Development of the Year”. The stunningly designed, 22-storey, 310,000 square foot, AA-Class office building is located in the heart of downtown Denver with immediate proximity to the city’s outstanding amenity base.
Standing tall as Denver’s newest premiere office tower, 1401 Lawrence features highly efficient floor plates, 10’ ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, a state-of-the-art fitness facility with showers and lockers, a beautiful outdoor terrace and unobstructed views of Denver’s downtown area and stunning Rocky Mountains.
In addition to the “Office Development of the Year” award, 1401 Lawrence also received LEED Gold accreditation. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely recognized third-party verification for green buildings. LEED-certified buildings are better for our environment and for our communities. They are resource efficient, use less water and energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. All First Gulf office development projects are now built to LEED Gold standards.
