Following the success of X Condos across the street, Great Gulf launched the development of X2, a sister tower defined by high-end design and a prime location just steps from Bloor Street. The First Gulf Retail Leasing team quickly secured a curated mix of tenants to serve the more than 1,000 residents across X and X2, achieving a fully leased retail component months before construction was complete.
