Toromont Corporate Campus

First Gulf has been awarded the Construction Management Services contract for the landmark Toromont Head Office and CAT Service Campus in Vaughan, Ontario.

This large-scale, state-of-the-art development will deliver a corporate campus for Toromont Industries Ltd., parent company of Toromont CAT and Energy, Cimco Refrigeration, and Battlefield Equipment Rentals. The campus will serve as Toromont’s new corporate head office and a Caterpillar-branded hub for equipment sales, parts, and service, reflecting innovation and sustainability at every level.

The project will consist of four new buildings totaling 17,700 m² (190,000 SF). Construction is now underway, with the team mobilized onsite. Work will run continuously for approximately 18 months, with completion anticipated in late 2026. The main office will be constructed using mass timber assemblies, emphasizing sustainability and innovative design.

This flagship project will showcase Toromont’s industry leadership and represents another significant milestone in First Gulf’s portfolio of complex, high-profile industrial and commercial developments.
