First Halton Business Park

First Halton Business Park is a 78-acre park which has grown into a prestigious and flexible opportunity for large corporate brands in the GTA.  In total, the site offers more than a million square feet of premium industrial space.

The latest phase of this development added more than 435,000 sf of space at James Snow Parkway and Highway 401, First Halton Business Park has been a welcomed and successful addition to the Halton Hills community since day one.

The site was carefully designed to manage drainage between industrial buildings, ensuring measures were taken to accommodate the environmentally sensitive site to the north. Our team also hosted open meetings with community members, addressing any and all questions in a public forum. As a fixed-price contract, it initially seemed there was very little room for innovation. But our team worked with all stakeholders to find a way to save the client over $2-million in development and construction costs.
