First Halton Business Park is a 78-acre park which has grown into a prestigious and flexible opportunity for large corporate brands in the GTA. In total, the site offers more than a million square feet of premium industrial space.  First Gulf successfully constructed a 400,000 sf industrial building for Sun Life in 2007, and the latest phase of this development added more than 435,000 sf of space at James Snow Parkway and Highway 401.  First Halton Business Park has been a welcomed and successful addition to the Halton Hills business community since day one, and continues to infuse the area with new and exciting businesses.

An excellent example of this initiative is Brigden Gate – a 5.25 acre site within the First Halton Business Park which was sold in 2015 to Bradford White for their new Canadian Head Office and Distribution Centre. First Gulf’s in-house construction team is acting as design-builder for this 75,000 sf industrial development.
