BMW Distribution Centre

First Gulf’s development, leasing and construction teams have worked in tandem to meet every one of BMW Group Canada’s needs, when it came to finding the best location and design for their new regional distribution centre. 

The purpose-built centre, currently under construction, is located at the easily accessible intersection of Argentia Road and Ninth Line in Mississauga, Ontario. Not only is the 285,000 square foot facility 50% larger than their current distribution centre, and custom-built to their specifications, it features immediate access to Highways 401 and 407. Just a 5-minute drive from the Lisgar GO Station, the location ensures convenient access for employees and visitors alike.
