As the fourth First Gulf office development in the area around Oakville-Trafalgar GO Transit Station (the second-busiest train station in the GTA, after Union) this 55,000 sf Class-A building for Aviva at 1335 North Service Road East has proved a resoundingly successful project for all involved. Internal departments worked collaboratively together and with consultant teams to ameliorate a construction process affected by an unusually rainy summer.

At project’s end in early 2018, we had built a beautiful new open-concept office for Aviva. The building is targeting LEED®-Gold certification, and features custom fixturing throughout to suit the tenant’s needs. Surrounded by internationally-prominent corporate neighbours such as PwC and Siemens, fantastic amenities, and with flexible transit options via nearby access to highways and GO Transit, Aviva employees will be able to enjoy their vibrant new location for years to come.
