Bentall Kennedy Industrial

In 2016, First Gulf was successfully awarded a design-build contract with Bentall Kennedy for a new, 775,000 sf warehouse facility in Halton Hills. Located on 62-acres of Prime Industrial Land bordering Steeles Avenue to the North, Fifth Line to the West, and Highway 401 to the South, our construction services division will provide third-party contracting services to complete this substantial new warehouse.

Throughout the bid process, our construction and development teams worked hand-in-hand with the client, ensuring issues such as site access, material selection, and phasing were solved early-on in the process. We look forward to continuing this collaborative approach throughout the rigorous, 18-month construction schedule of Phase 1.
