So when Triovest began looking to develop a 28.7-acre site directly off of Steeles, First Gulf was a well-established choice for a designbuilder. After an extensive bid process, First Gulf was successfully awarded this large industrial deal in the Spring of 2016. With both phases of this 564,000 sf logistical facility complete, on offer are over 200 parking spaces, 90 truck-level doors, and more than 104 trailer parking spaces, providing unprecedented flexibility for the right tenant to join some of the well-established corporate neighbours already set up in the Halton Hills Business Park.
