Developing a key site on the First Gulf Business Park in Brampton, our team worked closely with The Beer Store to understand their distribution centre requirements. Following an extensive design-build process, we constructed a 117,000 sf refrigerated distribution facility which was highly-tailored to The Beer Store, their brand, and their future needs.
