A MANAGEMENT APPROACH THAT MAKES YOU REST EASY. Over the years, First Gulf has established long-standing relationships with a variety of clients, accommodating their development needs at various locations as the need arises.  An excellent example of this successful practice is the numerous hotels First Gulf has constructed across the GTA for Marriott hotels.  Over a period of two years, First Gulf’s construction team performed third-party construction services to simultaneously deliver five hotels across the GTA – two Residence Inn hotels in Markham and Mississauga, and three Courtyard Marriott hotels in Mississauga, Vaughan, and Markham.  These legacy projects provide a clear example of First Gulf’s repeat service ability, and our ability to deliver consistent service across a wide range of locations.
