PIECING IT ALL TOGETHER.  Every company has keystone success stories – projects which were first started years before, but remain a central focus of the team.  While Kennedy Commons was first started in 1999, First Gulf is still working hard to this day to keep this site fresh and exciting.  Fifteen years later, we continue to lease new life into Kennedy Commons, making this one of the largest, most active retail centres in First Gulf’s portfolio.

Running an entire city block at the southeast corner of Highway 401 and Kennedy Road, this 480,000 sf retail power centre boasts prime exposure and easy accessibility to Highway 401and Kennedy Road. Thanks to the range of services available, Kennedy Commons is the primary retail centre servicing Scarborough and North York, and has consistently boasted strong national tenants. As Construction and Property Managers for the property, First Gulf has also remained heavily-involved with upgrades for new tenants (most recently LA Fitness and Michaels) as well as ongoing improvements for existing tenants.
