DEVELOPING PARTNERSHIP. Exercising our in-house abilities as a third-party contractor, First Gulf was engaged by Great West Life to complete a three-storey, 60,000 sf office building at the intersection of Highway 10 and Derry Road. Working quickly, our team successfully managed all aspects of construction, completing the office development in 2008.  While prime accessibility to major highways is a key feature of this building, our team also went over and above in the execution of sustainability initiatives.  As a direct result of these efforts, the LEED Silver project surpassed the team’s expectations and attained LEED Gold.
