Peter Nikolakakos has played a pivotal role in changing the landscape of Toronto over the past 25 years. Since graduating with a Bachelors in Urban Planning and a Masters in Urban Design, he has worked with some of the city’s largest development firms to implement a number of Canada’s largest redevelopment initiatives. 

Mr. Nikolakakos has successfully led development and municipal approvals for multiple high-profile developments across office, industrial, retail, residential and mixed-use asset classes.
