MULTI-PHASED SUCCESS. At the northwest corner of Highway 401 and James Snow Parkway is Milton Crossroads – a 500,000 square foot example of First Gulf’s ability to develop and build an expansive suburban retail hub. This multi-phased commercial project required a complex initial zoning program to accommodate land assembly over a number of years. Our development team continues to work with future tenants as they look to join Milton Crossroads, aiding them in sorting our building permit applications and site approvals.

Strategically situated on Hwy. 401, this retail centre benefits from servicing Milton, Northwest Mississauga, Acton, Campbellville and Georgetown. Milton has consistently been recognized as the fastest growing community in Canada, and the population is expected to double by 2021.  As a result of this rapidly-increasing market, Milton Crossroads has recently welcomed Michaels, SportChek and Justice as retail tenants.

After at least 10 years of ongoing work, our construction team has successfully met every challenge, including substantial up-filling of the Milton Crossroads site. The site is also managed by First Gulf’s property management team, who works hard to ensure the site is comfortable, clean, and welcoming.
